应用放射免疫和免疫组织化学法观察到大鼠心房内存在心钠素前体原56-92样免疫活性物质,这种物质可能分泌入血,分子量约为6,000道尔顿。初步研究发现人工合成的心钠素前体原56-92可以抑制由去甲肾上腺素引起的家兔主动脉收缩。它可能是心钠素前体分子裂解产生的一种激素。
Using radioimmunoassay and immunohistochemistry, we observed the presence of atrial natriuretic factor 56-92-like immunoreactive material in rat atrial tissue, which may be secreted into the bloodstream with a molecular weight of about 6,000 daltons. Preliminary study found that synthetic precursor of atrial natriuretic peptide 56-92 can inhibit the contraction of aorta induced by norepinephrine in rabbits. It may be a hormone produced by the cleavage of an atrial natriuretic peptide.
