目的识别某铝镁合金厂建设项目工作场所产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度以及对劳动者健康的影响,评价其职业病危害防护措施及运行效果,提出职业病危害的关键控制点和防护要求。方法采用职业卫生现场调查,现场检测与实验室分析,职业健康检查等方法收集资料,结合检查表分析法和职业病防护设施,个人使用的职业病防护用品进行定性定量分析与评价。结果检测24个粉尘点,1个作业点不合格;检测123个化学有害因素作业点,合格率为100%;在62个物理因素作业点的测量中,其中有43个点的噪声强度8 h等效声级2个点超标;有13个产生高温危害的岗位WBGT指数10个点超标;物理因素合格率为81%。结论该项目风险分类为职业病危害严重的建设项目,应加强工作场所职业病防护设施的维护检修和管理,确保正常有效运行;加强职业健康监护,提高劳动者自我防护意识,健全和完善职业卫生管理档案资料。
Objective To identify the hazards of occupational diseases in the workplace of an aluminum-magnesium alloy plant construction project, analyze its harm degree and its impact on workers’ health, evaluate the protective measures and operational effects of occupational hazards and propose the key control points and protection requirements of occupational hazards. Methods Occupational health field survey, on-site and laboratory analysis, occupational health examination and other methods were used to collect data, combined with checklist analysis and occupational disease protection facilities, personal use of occupational disease protective equipment for qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation. Results Twenty-four dust spots were detected and one of them was unqualified. 123 chemical-harmful spots were detected with a pass rate of 100%. Of the 62 physical-density spots, 43 of them had a noise intensity of 8 h Equivalent sound level 2 points exceeded; there are 13 high temperature damage post WBGT index exceeded 10 points; physical factors pass rate was 81%. Conclusion The risk of this project is classified as construction projects with serious occupational hazards. Maintenance, repair and management of occupational disease prevention facilities in the workplace should be strengthened to ensure normal and effective operation. Occupational health monitoring should be strengthened to raise awareness of workers’ self-protection and to improve and perfect occupational health management files data.
