型架是飞机装配的重要工艺装备,为了改变传统飞机装配中一个壁板组件对应一个刚性型架的“一对一”装配模式,减少工装数量,实现数字化柔性装配,提出了一种“卡板定位支点可重构”的数控柔性多点型架的新方法.详细介绍了其基本原理及设计关键技术,利用现场总线技术实现了卡板定位支点的数控调形重构,基于CATIA软件二次开发技术开发了调形计算软件,实现了数控柔性多点型架应用过程中调形数据的全数字量传递.应用表明数控型架运行稳定、可靠,满足精度要求,实现了飞机装配工装的数字化和柔性化,对飞机数字化装配柔性工装技术的研究具有重要意义.
