与最优化企业的收益最大化导向相比,后发新兴大国创新型企业的发展范式以组织双元性的平衡效应为导向。运用异质性双边随机边界模型,对我国国家级创新型(试点)企业中组织双元性的存在性、表现形式与程度以及影响因素进行了系统研究,结果发现:组织双元性悖论在我国创新型企业中确实存在并有明显的异质性,且以开发式创新为主,其中向开发式创新的偏离占69.82%,向探索式创新的偏离占30.18%。组织双元性悖论受两大因素影响:品牌建设具有引导企业进行开发式创新的倾向;探索式创新偏离往往直接受到企业家行为的影响。未来应建立市场引导与企业家引导相协同的企业发展机制。
Compared with the orientation of maximizing the profit maximization of enterprises, the development paradigm of new-type emerging enterprises after the late empire is oriented by the dualistic balance effect. By using the heterogeneous Bilateral Stochastic Boundary Model, this paper systematically studies the existence, form and degree of organization duality and the influencing factors in the innovation-oriented (pilot) enterprises in our country. The results show that the duality paradox of organization The innovation-oriented enterprises in our country do exist and have obvious heterogeneity, and mainly focus on the development-oriented innovation, in which deviation from development-oriented innovation accounts for 69.82% and exploration-oriented innovation accounts for 30.18%. Organizational duality paradox is affected by two major factors: brand building has the tendency of leading enterprises to carry out development-oriented innovation; and exploration-based innovation deviations are often directly influenced by entrepreneurial behaviors. In the future, we should establish an enterprise development mechanism that is market-oriented and entrepreneurial-oriented.
