采用切条应力释放法研究了垫板的散热条件对钛合金薄板带热沉TIG焊焊接变形的影响。研究结果表明 :钛合金TIG焊焊接过程中辅以导热能力强、散热条件好的垫板 ,可以减小近缝区纵向残余塑性应变的大小 ,改善纵向残余塑性应变的分布 ;随着垫板散热能力的降低 ,带热沉TIG焊缩小纵向残余塑性应变区的能力增强 ;采用散热条件好的铜垫板进行带热沉TIG焊控制变形的效果较好
The influence of the heat dissipation condition of the backing plate on the welding deformation of the TIG welding with titanium alloy sheet heat sink was studied by the method of shear stress release. The results show that the TIG welding process of titanium alloy supplemented by strong thermal conductivity and good heat dissipation can reduce the longitudinal residual plastic strain near the seam and improve the longitudinal residual plastic strain distribution. The ability to reduce TIG welding with heat sink to narrow the vertical residual plastic strain zone ability to enhance the use of good thermal conditions of copper plate TIG welding with heat sink TIG welding deformation better
