目的了解北京市中小学校午餐供餐现状,为全面推广学校营养餐政策提供依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法,对北京东城、朝阳、通州、门头沟4个区县40所中小学校午餐供餐情况进行问卷调查和现场调查。结果城区提供营养餐的学校(包括自供和外送营养餐)占95.0%,郊区占45.0%;所有被调查学校均能做到食品卫生管理规范,食物荤素搭配;从外送餐运抵学校到学生开始用餐的时间平均为25.3 min,最长时间为65 min。结论学校营养午餐工作已得到北京市各区县的普遍重视,学校还应继续加强对学生餐营养质量和卫生安全的管理。
Objective To understand the status quo of lunchtime meals in primary and secondary schools in Beijing and provide evidence for the promotion of school nutritious meal policies in an all-round way. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to conduct questionnaires and field surveys on lunchtime meals at 40 primary and secondary schools in four districts and counties of Beijing: Dongcheng, Chaoyang, Tongzhou and Mentougou. Results 95.0% of schools providing nutritious meals (including self-supply and delivery of nutritious meals) in cities and 45.0% of suburbs accounted for 45.0% of the respondents; all the schools surveyed were able to fulfill the standards of food hygiene management and the matching of meat and vegetables; The average time for students to start eating was 25.3 min and the maximum time was 65 min. Conclusion School lunch has gained the universal attention of all districts and counties in Beijing. The school should also continue to strengthen the management of students’ nutritional quality and health and safety.
