作为国网合肥供电公司客户服务的调度控制中心,“大运行”“大检修”“大营销”体系中有关客户服务业务的综合协调平台,2013年2月8日,安徽省首家“服务快速响应中心”在国网合肥供电公司应运而生。2014年4月9日,在国网安徽省电力公司2013年度管理创新发布会上,国网合肥供电公司的管理创新成果《基于提升客户服务水平的快速响应体系建设》从全省24项成果中脱颖而出,荣获第一名。这折桂的喜悦,来自于服务过程的一次次锻造,来自于服务流程的一次次创新。
