如今翻转课堂作为一种新型的教学模式在教育教学中得到了一定的应用,而针对具体的英语学习,结合高中英语的课程目标,这种教学模式一方面促进了教师与学生的角色转换,提高了学生在学习过程中主体地位,另一方面激发了学生融入性动机,提高了教学质量与学习效率。本文从不同学者对于翻转课堂的定义入手,通过动机理论以及职业倦怠等进一步探讨其在高中英语教学过程的可行性。

This article starts with the definition of flip classroom by different scholars and further discusses the feasibility of English teaching process in senior high school through motivation theory and job burnout.
