建立金属热防护系统(MTPS)单元间的缝隙换热计算模型,基于数值计算对影响缝隙内部辐射换热强度的若干参数进行参数影响分析。研究结果表明:减小缝隙宽度和辐射率、提高缝隙底部组件材料的热扩散率以及设计合理的缝隙几何形状,可以实现缝隙内部辐射换热最大程度的弱化;当缝隙顶部温度低于673 K时,可以基本不考虑MTPS单元间的缝隙辐射换热。
The calculation model of the heat transfer between the metal heat protection system (MTPS) units was established. Based on the numerical calculation, the parameters influencing on the radiation heat transfer inside the gap were analyzed. The results show that the radiation attenuation can be maximally reduced when the gap width and emissivity are reduced, the thermal diffusivity of the material at the bottom of the slot is increased, and the geometry of the slot is designed reasonably. When the temperature at the top of the slot is lower than 673 K , You can basically do not consider the gap between the MTPS unit radiation heat transfer.
