为揭示碱茅不同发育阶段受盐胁迫后生长受抑的一致性,对盆栽碱茅植株各部位碳水化合物含量进行了动态分析,结果表明:成株叶片和根中总碳水化合物含量的下降主要是由可溶性糖减少引起的。盐逆境中碱茅物质代谢的变化是其生长发育受抑制的重要原因,其中糖类物质的变化起着基础性作用。
In order to reveal the consistency of growth inhibition of Salvia miltiorrhiza during different developmental stages, the carbohydrate contents in different parts of the plant were analyzed. The results showed that the decrease of total carbohydrate content in the leaves and roots of adult plants was mainly Caused by reduced soluble sugar. Changes in the metabolism of alkaloids in salt stress are the important reasons for the inhibition of their growth and development, of which changes in carbohydrates play a fundamental role.
