高职院校实行“校企合作、工学结合”的办学模式已被社会广泛认同,而学生顶岗实习是实现合作与结合的重要表现,也是高职院校实践教学环节中不可或缺的重要环节,在专业人才建设中起到不可替代的作用。本文以广西电力职业技术学院会计电算化专业为例,针对顶岗实习存在的问题试图进行科学组织、规范管理和准确考核与评价的系统设计,以期提高会计专业学生顶岗实习的质量,全面实现教学目标。
The implementation of “school-enterprise cooperation, combination of work and study” in higher vocational colleges has been widely accepted by the society. The internship of students is an important manifestation of cooperation and combination, and also an indispensable part in the practice teaching in higher vocational colleges An important part of the construction of professionals play an irreplaceable role. This paper takes the accounting computerization major of Guangxi Electric Power Institute as an example, attempts to systematically design the scientific organization, standardized management and accurate examination and evaluation for the problems of internship, so as to improve the quality of internship for accounting major students and realize the teaching aims.
