该试验研究了不同贮藏温度对葡萄花粉生活力的影响。结果表明:在短时期内,0℃贮藏的花粉生活力下降极慢,其次是-10℃、室温下贮藏的花粉生活力下降迅速;不同温度下贮藏花粉的生活力随着贮藏时间的延长总体呈缓慢下降的趋势。由于葡萄的花粉生活力相对较低,在短期贮藏时其生活力下降速率也较为迅速,故葡萄授粉时应在花粉采集后尽早进行,以避免因时间过长而使其生活力下降影响授粉效果。
The experiment studied the effect of different storage temperatures on the viability of grape pollen. The results showed that the viability of pollen stored at 0 ℃ decreased very slowly, followed by -10 ℃, and the pollen viability stored at room temperature decreased rapidly. The viability of pollen stored at different temperatures increased with the increase of storage time Slowly declining trend.
