报道了红外非线性光学材料硫镓银多晶原料合成与单晶生长的方法──两温区气相输运温度振荡合成和坩埚旋转下降生长法.合成了高纯单相致密的AgGaS2多晶材料,生长出尺寸为φ15mm×30mm的AgGaS2单晶锭.对晶体的完整性进行了结构分析,观测到AgGaS2{011}面族的六级X射线衍射峰呈现高级次的衍射强度异常增强的反常现象.对晶体的位错蚀坑进行了扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察.
A method for synthesizing and single crystal growth of silver gallium arsenide (SSPG) polycrystalline raw materials for infrared non - linear optical materials was reported. The temperature swing synthesis of gas phase transport in two temperature zones and the method of growth - reduction by crucible rotation were reported. The AgGaS2 polycrystalline material with high purity and single phase density was synthesized, and AgGaS2 single crystal ingot with size of φ15mm × 30mm was grown. The structural integrity of the crystal was analyzed. It was observed that the six-step X-ray diffraction peak of the AgGaS2 {011} family of anomalies exhibited an anomalous enhancement of higher-order diffraction intensities. The crystal dislocation pits were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
