川东天然气净化总厂,是从国外引进的具有70年代中期国际先进水平。其中斯科特尾气处理单元对高含硫气脱硫后的尾气的处理效果较好,处理后排放废气中总硫含量一直低于300ppm。在保护环境方面发挥了积极作用。但随着卧龙河气田高含硫气的不断开采,引进装置原料气中H_2S含量不断下降,CO_2含量不断上升,由此破坏了全厂蒸汽系统的热平衡,出现了冬季供热不足,尾气处理单元H_2S再生率逐步下降,排放废气中的总硫含量已开始在300ppm左右徘徊。如不及时采取措施,不仅会给生产操作造成困难,影响经济效益,而且还会造成总硫超标排放,污染周围环境。

Failure to take timely measures will not only cause difficulties in production operations and affect economic benefits, but will also cause emissions of total sulfur exceeding the standards and pollute the surrounding environment.
