本文主要介绍一维电阻阳极位置灵敏探测器工作的物理机制及它的主要性能和应用。其一维电阻阳极位置分辨率优于２００μｍ，能量位置之间的线性相关系数为０．９９９６１３８，并成功地用于电子动量谱仪中。
This article mainly introduces the physical mechanism of one-dimensional resistance anode position sensitive detector and its main performance and application. The one-dimensional resistive anode position resolution is better than 200μm, and the linear correlation coefficient between energy positions is 0.9996138, which has been successfully used in the electronic momentum spectrometer.
