文中介绍了弹上主动式雷达导引头发射机特点、技术要求以及发展状况。它是当今世界各国研制主动式雷达导引头的关键技术之一,文中对此作了详细叙述。研制一个宽频带、多点频、高稳定度、可变调制周期、大功率、小体积和重量轻的发射机除了有先进合理的技术设计之外,主要关键和难度在于它的体积和重量。国外近廿年来已在微波大规模集成工艺上,在频段、功率扩展上开展了大量工作,取得了长足的进展,促进了各种主动式雷达导引头研制成功。文章对这方面作了仔细介绍,以促进我国这一专业技术发展,以使我国雷达导引头主动化早日实现。文章最后介绍了已经研制成功的一个采用混合集成电路的小型原理弹上发射机。
In this paper, the characteristics, technical requirements and development status of projectile active radar seeker transmitter are introduced. It is one of the key technologies to develop active radar seeker in all countries of the world today. It is described in detail in this paper. To develop a wide frequency band, multi-frequency, high stability, variable modulation period, high power, small size and light weight transmitters in addition to advanced and reasonable technical design, the key and difficulty lies in its size and weight. Nearly 20 years abroad have been in microwave large-scale integration process, in the band, power expansion has carried out a lot of work, made considerable progress, and promoted the successful development of a variety of active radar seeker. The article made a careful introduction in this respect to promote the development of this professional technology in our country so as to realize the early realization of our radar seeker. The article concludes with a small, proven, on-board transmitter using a hybrid integrated circuit that has been developed.
