目的探讨杭州湾南岸小海鲜食品和滩涂环境中多氯联苯的污染水平及其相关性。方法 2010—2011年沿杭州湾南岸的6个滩涂养殖区采集7种小海鲜食品和相应的滩涂沉积物,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定所采集海鲜食品及滩涂环境样品中多氯联苯含量,并分析海鲜与滩涂样品中多氯联苯污染水平的相关性。结果 7大类880份小海鲜食品中多氯联苯残留量为43.69~147.14μg/kg,环境沉积物多氯联苯残留量为8.41~25.87μg/kg,各养殖区域的小海鲜和沉积物多氯联苯含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);沉积物中多氯联苯含量与小海鲜体内多氯联苯水平呈正相关关系(P<0.05),并在生物体内不断富集放大。结论杭州湾南岸小海鲜食品和滩涂环境中均检出多氯联苯残留,小海鲜中多氯联苯污染与环境中多氯联苯残留有关。
Objective To investigate the level of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) pollution and their correlation in the small seafood and beach environment in the south bank of Hangzhou Bay. Methods Seven small seafood and corresponding beach sediments were collected from 6 beaches in the south bank of Hangzhou Bay from 2010 to 2011. The concentrations of PCBs in the collected seafood and tidal flat samples were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry Content, and analysis of seafood and beach samples PCB contaminants level correlation. Results The residues of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in 7808 small seafoods ranged from 43.69 to 147.14 μg / kg and the concentrations of PCBs in the environmental sediments ranged from 8.41 to 25.87 μg / kg. Small seafood and sediments (P <0.05). The content of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in sediment was positively correlated with PCBs in small seafood (P <0.05), and was continuously enriched in vivo . Conclusion PCBs residues were detected in the small seafood and beach environment in the south bank of Hangzhou Bay. The PCBs contamination in small seafood was related to PCBs residues in the environment.
