Luteal phase dysfunction has been listed as the cause of infertility, but its physiological pathology and diagnosis is still not clear. In this paper, menstrual rules with ovulatory function of infertile women, ovulation-related hormones and morphological changes were analyzed. For 60 pairs of primary and secondary infertility, blood was taken every day on the 9th to 17th days of menstruation to determine the LH peak day and to determine 17B estradiol, progesterone and prolactin. Laparoscopy is performed in the second half of menstruation and the ovaries are observed for luteal and ovulation marks. Women with normal ovarian function will be divided into two groups: group I28, menstrual cycle 25-35 days, basal body temperature increased by 12-15 days,
