鼠笼感应电机易发生转子断条故障,危害电机的安全运行,对电机的磁场、温度场、转子热应力等都会有很大的影响.该文以l台Y80m2-2电机为例,针对健康转子、断裂1根及2根导条3种情况,计算电机三维瞬态电磁场,分析电机定转子电流及气隙磁密的变化情况.以三维磁场的损耗结果为热源,采用单元之间的顺序耦合加载方式,计算电机三维瞬态温升分布,分析不同断条故障对电机温升变化的影响.最后以温度场计算结果为载荷,分析3种情况下的转子热形变和热应力分布,通过对比正常与故障电机的计算结果,得出一些有益结论.该文可以为完善断条故障原因和预计故障发展趋势提供一些参考.“,”The broken rotor bar fault is often appears in squirrel cage induction motor,which damages the motor's safe operation.Meanwhile,it also has great effect on magnetic field,temperature field and rotor thermal stress of the motor.Taking the Y80m2-2 motor for instance,under the three conditions which including the healthy rotor,the rotor with one broken bar and the rotor with two broken bars,the 3D transient electromagnetic field of electric machine was calculated,and the changes of the motor current and the gap flux density were analyzed.Taking the loss of the 3D magnetic field as heat source,the 3D transient temperature rise distribution of motor was calculated by the method of coupling among elements,and the effects of different fault bar faults on the temperature rise of the motor were analyzed.Finally,taking the calculated result of the temperature field,the thermal deformation and thermal stress distribution of the rotor cage in three cases were analyzed,and some useful results were obtained by comparing the calculated results of the healthy motor and broken bar faults.This paper can provide some references for the improvement of the cause of broken bar fault and the development trend of fault prediction.
