在班级管理中,师生的关系应是民主平等的。一个班级单靠班主任一个人管理,很难达到理想效果,只有发动、组织学生自己管理自己,人人学会做班级的主人,班级工作才能收到成效。实施班级民主管理的过程,实际上变成了一个学生自我教育的过程,一个自身能力提高的过程,一个朝气蓬勃的集体自主形成的过程。在这个过程中,学生既是受管理者和受教育者,同时又是班级的管理者和教育者,学生自主参与而成为班级的主人,并与班级建设共同成长。
In class management, the relationship between teachers and students should be democratic and equal. It is difficult for a class to rely solely on the class teacher to manage one person. It is very difficult to achieve the desired results. Only by mobilizing and organizing students to manage themselves, everyone learns to be the master of the class, and class work can be effective. The process of implementing class-level democratic management has actually become a process of student self-education, a process of improving one’s own abilities, and a process of vigorous and collective self-formation. In this process, students are both managers and educators, but also class managers and educators. Students participate independently and become the masters of the class and grow together with class construction.
