可编程控制器(PLC)由于其高效、安全等特点,被各领域广泛应用。在控制系统中很多情况下需要多台PLC之间协同工作,而PLC之间一般通过电缆或光缆连接实现通信。本文介绍一种控制系统在工作时需要移动、布线比较困难、外部环境恶劣等情况下采用无线数传模块在PLC之间实现通信的通信方法,其可行性、可靠性在实际工程中得到验证。
Programmable logic controller (PLC) because of its high efficiency, safety and other characteristics, is widely used in various fields. In many cases in the control system, multiple PLCs need to work together, and PLCs generally communicate through cables or optical cables. This article describes a control system needs to move in the work, the wiring is more difficult, the external environment is harsh and so the use of wireless data transmission module to achieve communication between the PLC communication method, the feasibility and reliability of the actual project has been verified.
