采用实地调查与统计分析等方法对赣州市章贡区近几年教师流动情况进行调查,从其流动现状来看,中小学教师流动的合理成分与不合理成分并存。加强规范教师合理流动的研究对于提高章贡区中小学教师建设是必要的,应尽力解决对一般意义上的教师流动的认识问题,进而解决学校教学中的教师流动的实践问题。为加快教师流动的制度化建设,从经济、环境、教师个体等因素分析其成因,提出一些相关建议,使城乡流动回归合理有序的轨道。
Field investigation and statistical analysis methods were used to investigate the teacher flow in Zhanggong District of Ganzhou City in recent years. According to the current situation, the rational and unreasonable components of primary and secondary school teachers’ co-exist. To strengthen the research on regulating teachers ’reasonable flow is necessary to improve teachers’ construction in Zhanggong District. Every effort should be made to solve the problem of understanding teachers ’flow in a general sense and to solve the practical problems of teachers’ flow in school teaching. In order to speed up the institutionalization of teachers’ flow, this paper analyzes the causes from the factors of economy, environment and individual teachers, and puts forward some suggestions to make urban-rural mobility return to a rational and orderly track.
