采用几何相似比为1∶5、弗鲁德准数与原型相等的水模型及数值模拟的方法,对某钢厂LF精炼过程底吹氩夹杂物去除行为进行了试验研究。通过对不同时间段、不同吹氩量下钢水中夹杂物去除情况的分析,发现夹杂物的去除行为主要发生在吹氩后的前8min内;最佳吹氩量为50L/min,夹杂物最高去除率达75%。数值模拟计算结果表明:吹氩量为50L/min时,死区面积所占比例为最小值10%。
The removal of argon inclusions at the bottom of a refinery during the LF refining process in a steel mill was studied using a water model with a geometric similarity of 1: 5 and an equivalent Fuddur quasi-prototype and a numerical simulation.
