本文分析了当前师德建设中存在的在岗不敬业,缺乏事业心;教学不认真,缺乏进取心;处事不公正,缺乏仁爱心等师德失范行为。提出可以通过强化措施,建立长效工作机制,加强师德建设:一是高度重视,在强化管理中加大师德建设;二是要与时俱进,在理论学习中提高师德修养;三是要建章立制,建立师德行为监督机制;四是开拓创新,在组织活动中亮化师德形象。
This article analyzes the existing morality in the construction of the existing job disrespect, lack of professionalism; teaching is not serious, lack of ambition; unfair service, lack of benevolence and other virtues of ethics.
