以PLA 4032D和CNTS-10为主材料,采用熔融共混制备PLA/增塑剂/碳纳米管三元共混物。研究HM-730、HM-830、HM-2050、PEG 8000、HM-828、HM-630六种增塑剂对共混物的流变性能、拉伸性能和热性能影响。结果表明:不同增塑剂共混体系的最大扭矩和平衡扭矩不同,最大扭矩HM-730较小、HM-630较大;平衡扭矩HM-2050最小、HM-630最大;增塑剂对PLA的断裂伸长率和拉伸强度影响较大,HM-630增塑效果最好,断裂伸长率超过20%、拉伸强度达49.5MPa;HM-630能抑制PLA的结晶,DSC曲线融峰面积最小,增韧效果最佳。
Using PLA 4032D and CNTS-10 as main materials, PLA / plasticizer / CNTs ternary blends were prepared by melt blending. The effects of six plasticizers HM-730, HM-830, HM-2050, PEG 8000, HM-828 and HM-630 on the rheological, tensile and thermal properties of the blends were studied. The results show that the maximum torque and equilibrium torque of different plasticizer blends are different, the maximum torque HM-730 is smaller, the HM-630 is larger, the balance torque HM-2050 is the smallest, and the HM-630 is the largest. Elongation at break and tensile strength, HM-630 has the best plasticizing effect, the elongation at break exceeds 20% and the tensile strength reaches 49.5MPa. HM-630 can inhibit the crystallization of PLA, Min, toughening the best.
