隐喻不仅是语言意义的表现形式,而且是人类思维的一种方式。这种思维方式在语言习得中起着非常重要的作用。本文拟对隐喻研究的历史作简要回顾,并就隐喻产生的基本条件、理解步骤做一梳理,指出隐喻思维方式在语言学习和语言教学方面的贡献。
Metaphor is not only a manifestation of linguistic meanings but also a way of human thinking. This way of thinking plays a very important role in language acquisition. This paper will briefly review the history of metaphor research and outline the basic conditions and comprehension steps of metaphor production, pointing out the contribution of metaphorical thinking in language learning and language teaching.
