本文对氧化钇及磷酸钇二种基质磷光体中各稀土元素的发光光谱作了系统的考察。研究了检测这两种基质磷光体中痕量稀土杂质的可能性。选择了合宜的磷光体制备程序。试验了x—射线管工作条件、单色仪入、出射狭缝及倍增管工作电压对杂质发光强度及检测灵敏度的影响。考察了干扰猝灭效应。建立了高纯氧化钇中痕量钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、铒和铥等七种氧化物的分析方法。此七种杂质氧化物的检测限在0.003~0.15ppm 之间。经加料试验证明准确度良好。
In this paper, the luminescence spectra of rare earth elements in two kinds of matrix phosphors of yttrium oxide and yttrium phosphate were systematically investigated. The possibility of detecting trace rare earth impurities in both matrix phosphors was investigated. The proper phosphor preparation procedure was chosen. The effects of working conditions of x-ray tube, monochromator in, exit slit and multiplier tube on the luminescence intensity and detection sensitivity of impurities were tested. The interference quenching effect was investigated. The analytical methods for the determination of trace amounts of samarium, europium, gadolinium, terbium, dysprosium, erbium, and plutonium in high purity yttrium oxide have been established. The seven kinds of impurity oxides detection limit of 0.003 ~ 0.15ppm. The feed test proved good accuracy.
