文章通过高温拉伸实验和扫描电镜观察,研究了保温时间对置氢TC4合金超塑流动特性及其组织的影响,结合高温组织和钛氢相图分析了影响机制。研究表明,合适的氢含量及合理的保温时间可以使组织发生动态再结晶并得以细化,有利于提高TC4合金的超塑性。置氢TC4合金的超塑变形的最佳工艺参数为,超塑变形的温度为840℃,保温时间为25min,应变速率为10-3s-1,氢含量为0.3%。
The effects of holding time on superplastic flow characteristics and microstructure of hydrogen-loaded TC4 alloy were investigated by high-temperature tensile test and scanning electron microscopy. The influence mechanism was analyzed by combining high temperature microstructure and titanium hydrogen phase diagram. The results show that proper hydrogen content and reasonable holding time can make the microstructure to be recrystallized and refined, which is beneficial to improve the superplasticity of TC4 alloy. Hydrogen TC4 alloy superplastic deformation of the best process parameters, superplastic deformation temperature of 840 ℃, holding time of 25min, the strain rate of 10-3s-1, the hydrogen content of 0.3%.
