将秋子梨与鸭梨在相同自然冷室条件下,进行了对比贮藏研究。无论在贮前还是贮后,秋子梨的可溶性固形物总是高于鸭梨。且随贮藏期的延长而增加,以果实硬度、呼吸强度和失重率等指标考察了秋子梨的耐藏性,结果表明秋子梨优于鸭梨。
Under the condition of the same natural cold room, autumn pear and pear were compared and stored. No matter in storage or storage, the soluble solids of autumn pear are always higher than that of pear. And increased with the prolongation of storage period. The storage stability of the seedlings of Qiu Zi-Pear was examined by the indices of fruit firmness, respiration rate and weight loss.
