目前对饲料中营养物质和生物活性物质的完整性依贮存时间为变化的详细研究仅限于草粉中胡萝卜素的含量。而涉及饲料中蛋白质尤其是氨基酸的完整性,这方面的报道还不多。本研究任务是探究最普遍的饲草中的蛋白质和个别氨基酸完整性与牧草贮存时间的变化关系。
At present, detailed studies on the changes of the integrity of nutrients and bioactive substances in feed depending on the storage time are limited to the content of carotene in the meal. The integrity of the protein, especially amino acids, in feed is not reported in this area. The task of this research is to explore the relationship between the most common forage protein and individual amino acid integrity and forage storage time.
