大学生入党积极分子是党的新生力量的重要来源。当前大学生入党积极分子具有较多的觉悟和追求,入党热情高涨,但也存在入党动机多元化、理论知识水平低、政治敏锐性不强等问题,同时各高校对入党积极分子的培养中也存在诸多问题,本文拟通过对党务能力测试系统的应用为例,探索新时期入党积极分子培养和教育管理的新方法,为高校学生党建工作提供借鉴。 University activists who join the party are the important source of the new force of the party. At present, college activists have more awareness and pursuit of joining the party, but the enthusiasm for joining the party is still rising. However, there are also many problems such as motivation to join the party, low level of theoretical knowledge and poor political acumen. At the same time, colleges and universities also exist in the training of activists who join the party. This paper intends to explore a new method to cultivate and educate the activists in the new era through the application of the system of testing the ability of party affairs so as to provide reference for the party construction of college students.
