目的:探讨肝阻抗血流图及其二维彩色环反映脂肪肝血流动力学状态的综合指标及参数,及其与甘油三脂(TG)的相关性。方法:应用肝阻抗法,采用块状电极检测。结果:随着脂肪肝从I组到Ⅲ组的进展,Hs、Cdz/dtmax、C/B—C、B—C、I环和总环均逐渐降低与缩小,而Hd/Hs、Q—B/B—Y则逐渐增大,与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),并且随着脂质在肝脏沉积的加重,Hs、Cdz/dtmax、C/B—C、I环与TG负相关和Hd/Hs与TG的正相关愈加显著。结论:应用肝阻抗血流图各指标参数(尤其Hs、Hd/Hs、Cdz/dtmax、C/B—C、I环)可以敏感地综合反映脂肪肝的血流动力学变化,并估测脂质(主要是TG)浸润肝脏的程度。
Objective: To investigate the hepatic impedance blood flow diagram and its two-dimensional color ring reflect the hemodynamic status of fatty liver synthesis parameters and parameters, and its relationship with triglyceride (TG). Methods: Hepatic impedance method was used, and block electrode test was used. Results: With the progress of fatty liver from group I to group III, Hs, Cdz / dtmax, C / B-C, B-C, / B-Y increased gradually, which was significantly different from that of the control group (P <0.01). With the increase of lipid deposition in the liver, Hs, Cdz / dtmax, C / B-C, TG negative correlation and Hd / Hs and TG positive correlation is more significant. CONCLUSIONS: Hemodynamic changes of fatty liver can be sensitively and comprehensively reflected by the indexes of hepatic impedance blood flow (Hs, Hd / Hs, Cdz / dtmax, C / B-C, The degree of mass (mainly TG) infiltrating the liver.
