利用生理生化分析技术对经离体筛选的抗枯萎病菌毒素的低酚棉体细胞胚胎发生的主要生化代谢物质,如蛋白质、氨基酸、碳水化合物等进行了初步的分析,对干鲜重比值变化进行了测定。结果表明:胚性愈伤组织的蛋白质和碳水化合物含量明显增加;相反,非胚性愈伤组织蛋白质和碳水化合物含量则较少;胚性愈伤氨基酸含量普遍高于非胚性愈伤组织,个别氨基酸含量则明显的增加或降低。最终表现在胚性愈伤组织干物质累积明显增加,干鲜重比值提高,而非胚性愈伤组织则相反。上述相应变化,可能与细胞胚胎发生有关。
