企业培训是以企业人才素质模型为依据,以强化员工的岗位技能为目标。因此,培训内容必须来源于企业的真实案例,培训环境必须与企业生产环境相对接,培训教师一定是具有企业工作经验的专家团队。依托企业培训,可以强化校企合作,把握企业人才培养需求,深化专业教学改革,创新人才培养模式,构建专业课程体系,整合优化教学资源,培养满足企业岗位需求的技术技能人才。
Enterprise training is based on the quality of corporate talent model to strengthen the skills of employees as the goal. Therefore, the training content must come from the real case of the enterprise. The training environment must be opposite to the production environment of the enterprise. The trainer must be an expert team with working experience in the enterprise. Relying on enterprise training, we can strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, grasp the needs of enterprise personnel training, deepen the reform of professional teaching, innovate the training model of personnel, build a professional curriculum system, integrate and optimize teaching resources, and train qualified technical personnel to meet the needs of enterprises.
