組成机是由作者提出的一种发动机型式,这种发动机由两个或多个独立的缸組組成,在低負荷时能够停止部分缸組內曲柄連杆机构之运轉。由于在改善工作过程的同时,减小了磨擦損失,組成机将具有比关缸法大得多的經济效果。本文详細的分析了建造这种发动机的可能性,給出了一系列設計要点和結构方案;并以汽車发动机为例,分析了組成机稳定工况下載荷及綜合特性;提出了評价运用节油的近似計算法;对不稳定(加速)运轉时的特性、耐磨性等一系列的特点进行了探討,分析結果表明汽車組成机大約可以节油30%。
Composition machine is an engine type proposed by the author. The engine is composed of two or more independent cylinder groups, and can stop the operation of the crank connecting rod mechanism in some cylinder groups under low load. By reducing the friction loss while improving the work process, the compounder will have a much greater economic impact than the shut-off cylinder. This paper analyzes in detail the possibility of constructing this kind of engine, and gives a series of design points and structural schemes. Taking the automobile engine as an example, the author analyzes the load and its comprehensive characteristics under the condition of stable working conditions. Oil approximation method; instability (acceleration) operation characteristics, wear resistance and a series of characteristics were discussed, the results show that the composition of the car can save about 30%.
