以中国东海鲸鲨软骨为原料, 通过盐抽提、丙酮分级沉淀、离子交换层析、分子筛层析、高效液相色谱等步骤, 获得鲨鱼软骨血管生成抑制因子I(shark cartilageangiogenesisinhibitory factorI,SCAIFI), 对其分子量、抑制血管生成及抑制肿瘤生长活性进行了研究。结果显示SCAIFI分子量为18 kD, 在细胞和整体水平上显著抑制新血管生成, 显著抑制小鼠肿瘤的生长。
Shark cartilageangiogenesis inhibitory factor-I (SCAIF) was obtained from whale shark cartilage in the East China Sea by salt extraction, acetone fractionation, ion exchange chromatography, molecular sieve chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) I), its molecular weight, inhibit angiogenesis and inhibit tumor growth activity were studied. The results showed that SCAIF I molecular weight of 18 kD, at the cellular and overall levels significantly inhibited neovascularization, significantly inhibited tumor growth in mice.
