地方性氟中毒是生物地球化学性疾病之一,饮水含氟量的高低与地方性氟中毒的发病有着密切的关系,为了掌握冀县饮水含氟量的情况,从1988—1989年,我们对全县的饮水井含氟量及井深进行了普查,探讨了含氟量与井深的关系,报告如下: 1 方法与结果 检验方法:茜素磺酸锆比色法。 我国饮水含氟量标准:不超过1.0mg/L,适宜浓度为0.5~1.0mg/L。 检验结果:在所检验的349眼饮水井中,最低含氟量为0.2mg/L,最高含氟量为2.8mg/L,含氟量符合国家饮水标准的占75.6%,超过国家标准的占24.4%。
