本文报道了一种测定红细胞(RBC)半寿期的新技术。以离体~(51)Cr-RBC和体循环~(51)Cr-RBC新老两法对比,检测了家兔的RBC半寿期(T1/2)。离体组分别为33.79±13.66天,30.10±8.05天:体循环组为9.06±0.51天,8.30±1.03天。前者明显长于后者(P<0.01),T1/2在各组批内相差不显著(P>0.05)。两法相关系数为0.78,相关非常显著(P<0.01)。本技术可能成为一种对临床诊断和治疗观察有价值的指标。
This article reports a new technique for measuring the half-life of red blood cells (RBCs). RBC half-life (T1 / 2) of rabbits was examined by the new-old method in vitro ~ (51) Cr-RBC and systemic circulation ~ (51) Cr-RBC. In vitro group were 33.79 ± 13.66 days, 30.10 ± 8.05 days: body circulation group was 9.06 ± 0.51 days, 8.30 ± 1.03 days. The former was significantly longer than the latter (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in T1 / 2 between groups (P> 0.05). Correlation coefficient between the two methods was 0.78, the correlation was very significant (P <0.01). This technique may be a valuable indicator of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
