当前对于学校特色建设的价值选择主要集中于育人目标、育人过程与模式、办学要素与条件、学校社会影响力等方面。《规划纲要》更关注学校是否创造了适合学生个性发展的教育,而未明确提及义务教育办学特色问题。以有关学校特色建设的基本问题——结构、层面、类型、发展阶段、建设路径为基础,构建了五边形分析模型。
At present, the choice of value for the construction of school characteristics mainly focuses on the goal of educating people, the process and mode of educating people, the elements and conditions of running school and the social influence of school. The “Plan” is more concerned about whether the school has created a suitable education for individual development of students, but did not explicitly mention the characteristics of running a school. Based on the basic problems about the construction of school characteristics - structure, level, type, stage of development and construction path, a pentagonal analysis model is constructed.
