“国六条”细则即5月29日九部委发布的《关于调整住房供应结构稳定房价的意见》。我对“国六条”细则的总体判断是,这个政策是一个十分温和的政策。短期来看,除非还会出台新的政策,它对抑制国内过高的房价、过热的房地产投资影响可能不大;但从中长期来看,“国六条”细则对国内房地产市场影响会比较大,因为它的基本宗旨是调整房地产市场的结构,而结构调整是一个中长期问题。“国六条”细则的影响可以从以下几个角度看。
