曼氏无针乌贼光感受器是感杆型。无针乌贼在位完整眼的ERG是一个简单的角膜负波,撤光时有一个正向偏转。乌贼的暗适应过程,随适应光强有大差异;明适过程中,不同波长的辩增阈曲线,没有出现交叉趋势。乌贼ERG暗视S_λ曲线的敏感峰在490毫微米,无次峰;不同强度的白光或颜色光适应,S_λ曲线的峰值和形状不变。 无针乌贼的适宜照度为O.01—10 lux,系趋弱光的类型。背景光对其趋光率的影响,随着刺激光的增强而减弱。
