从钻杆管体在使用过程中可能存在的主要缺陷入手,分析了3种钻杆管体检测方式的优劣性,确定了现场检测采取漏磁检测。描述了横向缺陷和截面积变化漏磁检测原理及现场漏磁检测系统的构成。制定了钻杆管体现场检测工艺,并在现场进行了带人工反射体的样管和钻杆检测试验,验证了检测系统的漏检率和误判率、波形重复率、缺陷定位误差等技术参数。现场检测效果好,波形稳定,未发生强磁干扰。
Beginning with the main defects that may exist in the process of using the drill pipe body, the advantages and disadvantages of the three kinds of drill pipe body testing methods are analyzed, and the field test is adopted to detect the magnetic flux leakage. Describes the principle of magnetic flux leakage detection of transverse defects and cross-sectional area changes and the composition of the field leakage magnetic detection system. The on-site detection technology of drill pipe and pipe body was established, and the test of pipe and drill pipe with artificial reflector was carried out in the field, which verified the technology of missed detection rate and false positive rate, waveform repetition rate and defect localization error parameter. Field detection effect is good, stable waveform, no strong magnetic interference.
