叙述了燃速和燃速压力指数的概念,分析了各种因素对燃速压力指数的影响.由实验发现,不含硝胺的常规发射药(例如NACO发射药)也有高压力指数现象,且这些发射药在数十年应用中未发现有异常现象.内弹道计算指出:燃速压力指数为1.1~1.2的发射药能获得合理的弹道性能,但初始弹道诸元对弹道性能的影响较敏感.因此,具有较高压力指数(1.1~1.2)的发射药可广泛地应用到火炮中去.
The concept of burning rate and burning rate pressure index is described, and the influence of various factors on burning rate pressure index is analyzed. It has been found experimentally that conventional propellants that do not contain nitramines (such as NACO propellants) also exhibit high pressure exponential phenomena and that these propellants have not been found to be abnormal for decades of use. The internal trajectory calculation shows that the projectile with a burning rate pressure index of 1.1-1.2 can obtain a reasonable trajectory performance, but the initial trajectory elements are more sensitive to ballistic performance. Therefore, propellants with higher pressure exponent (1.1-1.2) can be widely used in artillery.
