森林资源管理是林业各项工作的出发点和落脚点,且其管理水平直接体现了整个林业工作的管理水平。为充分认清目前破坏森林资源的严峻形势,切实提高保护森林资源的责任感和紧迫感,本文结合2016年全国森林资源管理情况检查工作,就四川和云南森林资源管理中存在的突出问题进行分析,并提出建议,希望对提高森林资源管理水平有所帮助。 Forest resource management is the starting point and ending point of various forestry work, and its management level directly reflects the management level of the entire forestry work.
