碳-铝复合丝是用性质完全不同的材料复合而成的,其力学性能,不仅与所使用碳纤维的性能有关,而且与碳和金属的结合状态有密切关系。因此,对于异种材料的接触面——界面的分析就显得非常重要。本文就几种不同覆铝碳纤维复合材料,利用现代表面分析技术,对其碳纤维覆铝层表面、界面状况和元素分布做了测试分析,从微观分析的角度提供了对某些覆铝材料制作工艺的改进依据。
Carbon-aluminum composite wires are composites made from completely different materials.
