伴随互联网时代的到来和发展,事业单位的档案管理工作得到了不同程度的提高。但是受原有模式和管理思想的束缚以及事业单位自身的性质,事业单位的档案管理存在一些问题。想要解决这些问题,需要根据时代发展需要,加快事业单位档案管理的现代化和电子化发展。文章在阐述档案管理现代化和电子化特点及优势的基础上,着重分析我国现阶段事业单位档案管理现状及不足,并为如何实现事业单位档案管理现代化和电子化进行策略分析。
With the advent of the Internet era and the development of the institutions file management has been improved to varying degrees. However, due to the shackles of the original model and management thinking as well as the nature of the institution itself, there are some problems with the file management of the institution. In order to solve these problems, we need to speed up the modernization and electronic development of archives management in public institutions in accordance with the needs of the development of the times. On the basis of expatiating on the characteristics and advantages of file management modernization and electronicization, this paper emphatically analyzes the status quo and deficiencies of file management in public institutions in our country at present, and analyzes how to realize the modernization and electronicization of file management in public institutions.
