我厂是液压件生产厂,GC1080Q感应高频淬火机主要用于各种阀芯和活塞杆的高频淬火。该设备自1986年底安装以来,一直存在着低速爬行的现象。工作时,滑板和工件都产生严重抖动,导致淬火温度不好控制,造成工件淬火部位端面裂纹,达不到图纸要求。只有大型杆件高频淬火能够凑合使用,而要淬各种规格的阀芯,根本无法保证淬火质量。该机床工作时,活塞杆推动滑板作上下往复运动去完成工件的高频淬火。因此,我们首先检查调速阀和节流阀,观察各电磁铁的动作情况,都没有发现异常现象,说明液压系统控制部分工作是正常的。再对油缸进行检查,将设备上的油缸拆下,送到我厂油缸

Then check the fuel tank, the fuel tank on the device removed, sent to my factory fuel tank
