目的 :探讨不明原因的复发性流产 (URSA)与免疫因素的关系。方法 :采用形态学方法和 EL ISA双抗体夹心法分别对 30例 URSA患者及 30例健康妇女外周血中 T淋巴细胞转化率及血浆中可溶性 IL— 2受体 (SIL— 2 R)进行检测。结果 :URSA患者外周血中 T淋巴细胞转化率和血浆中SIL— 2 R水平均比正常对照组妇女高 (P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1)。结论 :URSA患者外周血中 T淋巴细胞被活化、细胞免疫功能增强 ,提示 T细胞介导的细胞免疫参与了 URSA的发生发展。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA) and immune factors. Methods: T lymphocyte transformation rate and soluble interleukin 2 receptor (SIL-2R) in peripheral blood of 30 URSA patients and 30 healthy women were detected by morphological method and ELISA double antibody sandwich method respectively. Results: The T lymphocyte transformation rate and plasma SIL-2R level in peripheral blood of patients with URSA were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patients with URSA are activated and cellular immune function is enhanced, suggesting that T cell mediated cellular immunity is involved in the development of URSA.
