类风湿性关节炎(下称RA)的主要临床表现同在受累的关节,但其关节以外的症状也不容忽视。有时,关节外症状反能成为严重的问题,或先于关节症状发生,给诊断与治疗带来困难。因此,熟悉这些有关症状,会提高对RA的诊治水平。现就常见的关节外症状,叙述如下。一、皮下结节大约有10％的RA患者发生皮下结节,但据Nomeir报告,在30例RA患者中,竟有13例发生过皮下结节。该结节称做类风湿结节 The main clinical manifestations of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) are in the affected joints, but the symptoms outside their joints should not be overlooked.
