中国医院发展面临的挑战对医院管理者提出了新的要求。本文通过对中国三所医院 342名管理人员对管理培训需要的调查 ,研究了当前医院绩效的状况 ,分析了导致绩效缺陷的原因 ,探讨了发展医院管理培训项目的方向。 研究结果表明 ,被调查医院存在的组织绩效问题在一定程度上是由于管理者缺乏必要的管理才能所致。管理者需要通过管理培训提高他们和管理水平 ,以迎接面对的挑战。然而 ,宏观政策环境所存在的弊端也是阻碍医院提供高质量高效率医疗服务的另一重要因素。 卫生管理教育对医院绩效的改善和政策制定都具有重要意义。管理者需要全面掌握成功处理日常管理问题 ,较好把握医院发展契机 ,促进卫生政策深入改革的知识与技能。管理教育的发展应立足于培养医院管理者解决实际问题 ,以及对宏观卫生政策进行研究分析的综合能力。
The challenges faced by the development of Chinese hospitals put new demands on hospital administrators. This paper examines the current management status of 342 managers in three hospitals in China, and analyzes the current status of hospital performance, analyzes the causes of performance deficiencies, and discusses the direction of developing hospital management training programs. The research results show that the organizational performance problem of the investigated hospitals is due to the lack of necessary managerial skills. Managers need to improve their management and management skills through management training to meet the challenges they face. However, the drawbacks of the macro-policy environment are also another important factor hindering hospitals from providing high quality and efficient medical services. Health management education is of great significance to the improvement of hospital performance and policy formulation. Managers need to fully grasp the success of managing day-to-day management issues, better grasp the opportunities for hospital development, and promote the in-depth knowledge and skills of health policy reform. The development of management education should be based on the comprehensive ability to train hospital administrators to solve practical problems and conduct research and analysis on macro health policies.
